cancellation policy

Due to the large volume of last minute cancellations we have created an updated cancellation policy.

Reminder text messages are sent out 3 days prior to your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of your appointment fee. All bookings made through the booking link will require a card to secure the booking. We only accept bookings through the online booking link.
